– The Kalia Yojana has been renamed as the CM-KISAN Yojana
– Eligible farmers will receive Rs 4000 annually in two instalments, while landless farmers will get Rs 12500 in three instalments
– Heavy security with 30 platoons of police deployed for the CM’s visit
– The aim of the scheme is to support small, nomadic, and landless farming families
– Interested farmers must register through the CM-KISAN Grievance Portal for inclusion in the scheme.
