Emma Wiggs, 44, successfully defended her VL2 (va’a) title, claiming her third Paralympic gold. The veteran athlete demonstrated her prowess, finishing the 200m course in 58.88 seconds.
Charlotte Henshaw, 37, secured her second Paralympic gold in the VL3 event, setting a Games best time of 55.70 seconds. She edged out teammate Hope Gordon, who took silver.
