– Around 10 lakh employees, teachers, and pensioners contributed their one-day basic pay to the cause
– Leaders expressed satisfaction with government’s relief operations and lauded Chief Minister’s commitment to people’s welfare
– Employees from all departments across 26 districts voluntarily contributed a day’s salary
– Andhra Pradesh Public Transport Department Employees’ Union also pledged their one-day salary to CMRF
– The total contribution is estimated to be around ₹10 crore, with copies of consent letter to be submitted to relevant authorities.
