– Incident occurred during a pre-planned protest near Old Market Square on August 3
– Edwards accused of standing on the leg of a protester to prevent them from getting away from police
– Other individuals have also been charged with various offenses related to the protests, including public order offenses, weapon offenses, and assaulting an emergency officer
– Victoria Gray pleaded guilty to charges of racially aggravated harassment and was given a suspended prison sentence and fined
– Kevin Musgrave was given a suspended prison sentence and unpaid work for assaulting an emergency worker and criminal damage during the protests.
