– The “Archive in an Envelope” packets contain facsimile copies of historic documents from the museum’s archives pertaining to the Cannonsville and Pepacton reservoirs.
– There are two versions available, one for education (grades 7-11) and one for the general public.
– The program is funded by the Catskill Watershed Corporation in partnership with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.
– Hard copies of the packets are limited to the first 250 requests and must be requested by Jan. 1, 2025.
– Digital copies are also available upon request, but the association encourages requesting hard copies for a tactile experience.
– To order packets, contact DCHA via phone or email and specify the type of packet, quantity needed, and mailing address.
