Heavy rainfall is forecasted for various parts of India, including Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Coastal Karnataka, and Gujarat. The monsoon backbone is passing through several states, and an east-west trough is triggering rain in North-West India. The IMD has predicted isolated very heavy rain for Uttarakhand and East Rajasthan.
