– The bans do not apply to banks, shared parking lots, hospitals, public transit, gatherings requiring a permit, and places of worship
– The California Rifle & Pistol Association plans to consider a petition for rehearing or an appeal to the Supreme Court
– The issue of a ban on private property may go to the Supreme Court
– California Attorney General Rob Bonta and Hawaii Attorney General Anne Lopez did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
