– Funds for redeveloping seven colonies are being generated through the sale of commercial space at Nauroji Nagar and Sarojini Nagar.
– NBCC has sold the entire office space of 32,87,567 sq ft, valuing Rs 13,408.7 crore at the WTC project.
– In Downtown Sarojini Nagar, NBCC achieved 100 percent sale of commercial space through bulk sale.
– The company is executing various projects on vacant/underutilised/unused land parcels and colonies across the country.
