TVS Mobility, a company managed by the T S Rajam family, has partnered with Japan’s Mitsubishi Corporation to launch an employee exchange program aimed at skill enhancement and mutual growth.

Employees under 45 years of age with over three years of service at TVS Mobility and Mitsubishi Corporation will participate in the program to foster cross-learning, enhance skills, and develop future leaders.

Mitsubishi will host TVS Mobility employees for training in the Automotive and Mobility sectors, while TVS Mobility India will provide insights into digital deployment in the Aftermarket business for Mitsubishi employees.

The partnership between the two organizations has strengthened since 2018, with plans for further collaboration in the multi-brand dealership business. The program aims to enhance skills, expertise, and cultural understanding among employees of both companies.
